On all of the Core Modules results grid, you have an option to specify a custom view. This is a great way to manage information and display this information in a meaningful way to you.

As part of the custom view create process you can set an option that will show the custom view summary data, on the Home Page, within the Key Metrics grid. This means that if NEW Leads are an important factor for you monitoring your teams performance, you can show the statistics on the home page, or perhaps, how many Sales Orders have been signed this week... all easily done and the tools to accomplish this at within your reach.
