How do I alter or create an SMS template in OpenCRM? Including an automatic SMS template.

SMS templates are treated in the same way as email templates, the only difference being a tick box which defines the template as SMS rather than Email.

To access existing SMS templates or create new ones navigate to:

"Settings > Email Templates" and either select the required template and click "Edit" or create a new template and be sure to select the "SMS Template?" tick box (shown above) on the right hand side of the screen.
