10 Years in the Biz

The team here at OpenCRM are really excited about the fact that this year, specifically this month, we will be celebrating 10 years in the CRM software development business. Wahoo!

As a young professional, I take great pride in being part of a team who have, from the start, worked really hard to build a company and CRM product which are aiding productivity and efficiency in businesses today.

Starting out as a team of three, the company has grown exponentially over the years, in staff, experience, skill and performance.

I think the three most important things that helped us grow are:

1. Innovation – The management here are not afraid to push the boundaries. They believe in the ideas conjured up by the staff here, and are more than willing to take on new ideas and challenges from customers too. They drive forward with development to push the product to always be better than it was yesterday.

2. Personality – From day one here, staff and customers are looked after as people. A good work ethos of treating each other as we expect to be treated goes a long way to ensuring the happiness of the team and maintaining good relationships with the people we work with day to day.

3. Hard work – Long hours, blood, sweat and tears have gone into getting OpenCRM to where it is today. I’m sure if you spoke to management they would say that they wouldn’t regret a second, as they continue to keep this high level of determination as we blast forward into future projects and development.

With these combination of skills, we have come a long way, and we are very much looking forward to a strong future within the wild and wonderful world of CRM.
