We are looking for a special person to join our team and manage lead acquisition.
The primary role will be calling businesses to qualify interest and arrange eDiscovery calls or product demonstrations.
You will be working with a small but dedicated team of people who recognise the importance of this role and the challenges that you will face, offering real support.

As a sales and business development manager here at OpenCRM, your primary responsibility will be to develop and secure new business.
You will do this through handling new enquiries and communicating with prospects and existing customers to present OpenCRM as a business solution. This requires a close examination of the customer or prospect’s needs and strong working knowledge of the system.
A significant portion of your working day will also include carrying out Account Management tasks and gauging satisfaction from existing subscribers of our services.

As a member of our front line support team, your primary responsibility will be to directly assist our customers with questions regarding their system and use of OpenCRM. This will include answering phones, emails, and LiveChats.
You will be expected to be able to assist people with basic and complex support questions and problems. It is vital that you are able to stay calm and professional under pressure.
We are proud to maintain a high level of customer service and we expect that you will be able to carry out these duties in a professional and friendly manager. You will be required to make detailed notes of all your interactions with customers.

As one of the developers of our OpenCRM system, your primary role will be to work with our project management team on customer requested features and integrations to their system. Some of these will be bespoke changes, while others will be applied generically.
These may arise from customer requests, or our internal development roadmap.
This will primarily involve functional/back-end development of the OpenCRM web application but some front end screen design/building will be involved. OpenCRM maintains a suite of add-on and integrated applications including a mobile app and some development projects will be enhancements/features for these applications.
It is vital that you are able to ensure that any modifications to our system adhere to the security already in place.
For each of these features and integrations, you will be required to accurately record the time involved, document your code and the workings of the enhancement, carry out testing, and work with a project manager to guide their own testing. All identified issues will be your responsibility to fix.
The ideal candidate will display enthusiasm an ability to learn quickly, attention to detail, a good, conscientious work ethic and take pride in their work. They can work in a team and communicate effectively and use their own initiative to solve problems.

As a Project Manager here at OpenCRM, your primary responsibility is to ensure that customers are able to configure and effectively use their OpenCRM systems.
This will involve guiding our customers through the initial configuration of their system, including data import, and conducting online training sessions. You will be expected to manage all your own client interactions and follow-ups to ensure a timely delivery of their CRM implementation.
This will also include managing those Projects with bespoke development, which will require you to liaise with one or more developers to ensure the purchased feature or enhancement is delivered to the customer specification.
