1 Month Free
Your free month will be the first month you sign up with us, but has no restrictions on how many users can be included. Subsequent monthly subscription will be taken by direct debit. Our normal 60 day cancellation charges apply.
Kickstarter Session
The “Kickstarter Session” will include 1 hour of professional service time with one of our project managers. It does not have to all happen at once, so if you prefer two 30 minute sessions, that’s fine with us.

Onboarding
Implementing a CRM system into your business isn’t a short process.
You need to discuss the details with the sales team, find out if the system will do everything you need. We welcome all your questions and won’t just tell you what you want to hear. If OpenCRM isn’t right for you, we’ll say so. Because we want you to find a system that works for you, that you’ll go on using for years to come.
When it comes to configuration and customisation, you will get a dedicated project manager who will help you with all the set up and train you and your team how to use the system. Again, there’s no point in throwing you into the deep end. We want you to get the system working for your business.
Once you’re off and using the system, we’re still here for you. Our customer support team are there to answer any little questions that crop up. These could be reminders of how a particular area of the system works, assistance in setting up a new bit of configuration, or even lending a hand with a new integration.
