The Management Centre

Established in 1988, the Management Centre was established to support charities and ethically driven organisations improve their performance through management and fundraising consultancy, as well as learning and development for their teams.

They offer everything a management team could need from a training and consultancy provider. They can provide off-the-shelf training programs, tailored training solutions, focused coaching, consulting on strategy, and improve fundraising efforts.

The Management Centre got in touch with us because they needed a solution to help them manage their sales process that would integrate with their website. That was the deal breaker.

In addition, the MC team needed a way to send out their high-quality informational documents, link their emails and Activities through to their Google accounts, and link up with their accounting software.

Their Open CRM Solution

Using our JotForm integration, we were able to replace their existing web forms with new ones that delivered the data straight into OpenCRM. The names and contact information come into their system, alerting the correct person, and sending all the follow up information they need.

Additionally, our Project Management team, working closely with Anna, was able to recreate the PDFs she and her team needed to send out to potential and new customers.

And finally, being able to integration with both Xero and MailChimp meant that the Management Centre team was able to continue working in close partnership with their sister companies. These integrations were key to ensuring that all the necessary processes ran smoothly and with no manual data entry. Something the team was keen to avoid.
