The Spectra Group Case Study
The Spectra Group were originally founded in 2008 (with a rebrand in 2013) in Altrincham, Cheshire.
They offer an extensive suite of human resource and compliance services. This includes everything from mental health first aid to compliance with government legislation and regulation, helping with reducing accident rates and labour costs, working to provide training and eLearning, increasing efficiency and employee morale, and so much more.
As a team, Spectra Group like to get to know their clients, working with them as an extension of their team. This approach to providing HR and compliance services means the solutions they provide are individual and perfectly tailored for their customers.
With new leads coming in from various marketing efforts and their team of consultants, Spectra Group needed to centralise and streamline their sales team’s efforts. They also needed a way to sync their Microsoft calendar and task lists, giving them a way to keep their consultants on schedule even when they are offline.
Their Open CRM Solution
Utilising our Zapier integration, we were able to connect Spectra Groups industry specific auditing system to feed new potential leads directly into OpenCRM. Their auditing team didn’t even have to change their processes or notify sales. The sales team could just pick up the opportunity baton and run with it.
Once with sales, our lead scoring and workflow facilities allowed the team to work more efficiently and effectively. The best part is that, because these workflow tools are available right out of the box, Spectra Group will be able to build on them as their business evolves.
Because of the flexibility of OpenCRM, the two teams (consultancy and sales) were able to use the same system without stepping on each others’ toes. Our permission model made sure users only saw the information they needed, custom email templates and user signatures ensured the right branding for the different job roles, and our integration with Outlook gave them the offline calendar management capabilities their team needed.
