Within our Jotform Integration, we have the ability to now link to the Contracts module. SetupSetting this up is fairly straight forward. You need to make sure that you have a Jotform account setup and the API is linked to OpenCRM. Within Settings > Jotforms Initial Configuration you can add your API Key which can be found by going to your Jotform Accounts > Settings > API. Once you've pasted this in, click save. Next, in OpenCRM go to Settings > Jotform Settings and you should see all of your Jotforms here. If you don't there will be an issue with your API key, double check this is correct and if the issue persists contact Jotform. JoformOnce you can see your forms, find the one you want to map into contracts and click edit. When you edit the form, you will have a couple of dropdowns for example Primary Module and OpenCRM Module. You can select Contracts for either of these, remember that when you are linking to a Contract you will need a way to map to the contract and this can be done by passing something such as the Contract ID or the Contract Name. We would suggest using the ID where possible. Within the OpenCRM Field dropdown, you'll want to set this to the CRMID and also to select Match Field. This will mean that when a form is submitted, if there is a contract id submitted, it will search the contracts module for that ID and match it. It is worth sending a test submission to make sure it correctly maps. You may also be interested in: |
