It is possible to change the "Reply to" address on emails which are sent from OpenCRM.
This is possible in the following ways:
- Email level - when creating an email, specify a reply to so any replies go to a different address
- User level - specify a user default reply to address - when sending an email, the system will use this by default, but can still be overridden
- Templates - specify reply to field to email templates that will be inherited onto any email the template is used on
- Auto email rules - when an auto email rule is in use, the reply to address on the template will be inherited and used on the email sent
