Yes, this is manged through the My Account Setting, follow these steps;

1. Select My Account on the dropdown menu beneath your Username in the top right corner

2. Select Edit

3. Scroll down to Interface Settings

4. Select the Default Module picklist and select the Module that you would like to be taken to after your login
   
   

5. Click Save

This module is also the one which will be displayed when you select the Home icon on your sidebar. This will default to either Recent Items or any custom view that you have selected to display by default.
