I am not based in the UK, what settings do I need to change?

As a NON UK customer there are a few things that you will probably want to change.

Some of these things you can do yourself, others will need the help of our support team

Time Zone

You will need to change the time zone offset for each user record, see Time Zone Settings.

Default Currency

The default currency is GBP (£) and you will need to contact our support team to change this. 

Just drop them an email or give us a call to confirm your preferred default currency we can make this change for you.

Tax/VAT rates

These are set to UK VAT by default - as with the default currency, you will need to get in touch with our support team to ask them to make this change.
