I want to include a second line for the address of a Lead, Contact, or Company?

Although the address fields in OpenCRM can have as many lines as you need, there are some businesses that want to have set first and second lines of an address. If you would like to do this, we have a pre-configured second address line ready for you to use.

You simply need to turn it on for each module where you would like to implement this second line.

To turn on Address Line 2 then you will need to go to Settings > User Management > Default Organisation Fields Access and then select the relevant module(s). 

Hit Edit and tick the relevant fields, for example:

If you turn it on for multiple modules, the second address line will be correctly mapped when you convert a Lead or create a Quote from a Company for example. 

The second address field is available on the following modules:

  • Leads
  • Contacts 
  • Company 
  • Quotes
  • Sales Order 
  • Invoices
  • Purchase Order 
  • Custom Contacts 1 & 2
