If nothing changes, nothing changes….
12 Aug 2008It’s really easy to fall into the trap. I have been moaning about how we need to change the ‘shape’ of the business and not doing enough about it myself, that’s when I remembered the quote “Nothing changes if nothing changes, and if I keep doing what I’ve always done, I’ll keep getting what I’ve always got, and will keep feeling what I always felt.”
I can’t remember whose quote this is, and surfing did not help, it’s the first time that Google has let me down.
So I am going to make some changes to our business and the team are all on-board, maybe that’s the first rule of the change, get
everyone on side.
More of this later.
Before I got my start in the tech industry as part of Apple’s UK Mac launch team, I was a professional drummer (notice I didn’t say musician). But once I got in, I was hooked and I’ve been involved in the tech industry, primarily software development, for over 35 years. I founded this company and I now have the enviable title of System Architect (as well as Managing Director) here at OpenCRM.
