OpenCRM 2015 – Here I come!

9 Jan 2015

Don’t you just love the fresh feeling you get when you start a new year?

Taking time off has a great effect on one’s psychological state, I feel refreshed and keen to get started. I am really quite excited about what 2015 has to bring. We are working on some great projects which will come to bloom this Spring, these will be followed by lots more exciting things which are in our pipeline.

The one thing that has helped me to relax over the holidays has been going out for long winter walks, blowing out those office cobwebs and absorbing some fantastic views. Between Christmas and New Year, I took myself on a ‘Tour of the North.’ Starting in Richmond, then heading across County Durham to Stanhope, then across Northumberland to Alnwick, Bamburgh, and Lindisfarne to then end up in the capital of the North, Newcastle!

Whilst on my trip, I visited different family members and friends which is definitely also very good for the soul. Together we enjoyed some beautiful walks on beaches and across the tranquil countryside we are so lucky to live so close to.

On my return to work, it turns out that I was not alone in my appreciation for getting out into the outdoors. Most of my colleagues seemed to have also been taking up every opportunity to get out and about to enjoy the clear winter skies that were so fortunate in getting this Christmas.

If you would like to see some snaps of our winter excursions we have uploaded some into our Pinterest account for you to see, check out our ‘Sunsets, Sunsets, Sunsets’ board.
