Rewarding our Diverse Team

It can be challenging to work out the best way to reward your team for all their hard work…especially when you’ve got a team as diverse as ours. You’ve heard us talk before about the wide range of personalities and backgrounds of the people who make up OpenCRM, so when it came to finding the best way to reward them, it wasn’t easy.
Which is exactly why we decided to go with a product like Perkbox, which offered the option for each member of the team to pick and choose the rewards that best suited them. It was a perfect match.
Because we’ve been with them for a while now, Perkbox asked us to offer a testimonial about the service they provide, which we were more than happy to do.
Although I originally hail from northern California, as soon as I arrived in Yorkshire I knew it was the place for me! At OpenCRM, I started out in the Business Development team, and then moved into compliance and Q&A because I love telling people what to do…ok, that’s not the real reason, but it makes for a good bio one-liner. When I’m not in the office, you can usually find me tramping through the dales, crafting, gardening, or with my nose in a book.
