While many of us enjoyed 10 days off at Christmas and New Year – not everyone had this luxury, with many businesses still fully operational during this time.
As a 24-hour system, OpenCRM was also running a skeleton staff over the festive period with team members monitoring our support desk and servers throughout the holidays.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank them for their efforts. We are extremely grateful for their professionalism and expertise at this time of year, and from feedback we get from customers, they find it reassuring that they can speak to someone about the issues they are experiencing, even when it feels like everyone else is off.
Our commitment to our customers is something we pride ourselves on and we strive to offer that same consistent level of service throughout the year – including at Christmas.
So often at this time of year things can slip through the net but our customers will always be our number one priority and if you are at work, so are we.
We couldn’t do this without the dedication of our developers and support technicians.
I’ve said it before, the team at OpenCRM is some of the best in the industry – the passion and enthusiasm for what we do is infectious and I am very proud of the team we have built here in the heart of North Yorkshire.
Before I got my start in the tech industry as part of Apple’s UK Mac launch team, I was a professional drummer (notice I didn’t say musician). But once I got in, I was hooked and I’ve been involved in the tech industry, primarily software development, for over 35 years. I founded this company and I now have the enviable title of System Architect (as well as Managing Director) here at OpenCRM.
