Delegate and notify

Set up an Activity for a colleague by simply assigning the call, meeting or task to them. It will appear in their Calendar automatically and send a notification so there’s no excuses for not seeing it.

From your Calendar, you can then filter to view your various team members’ schedules. This way, you can see who is free or how busy someone is going to be in the coming days.
